Using fresh, local ingredients, the chefs at Kimbap prepare dishes inspired by Korea's varied cuisine. Though the seasonal menu is always changing, dinner items have included everything from Korean fried chicken wings (sourced from Ashley Farms) to smoked pork shoulder served in a 12-hour broth. For lunch, lighter fare such as crispy rice cakes or build-your-own lettuce wraps fill out the menu.
