I got a membership for June and even when I didn’t loved it, my baby did so I got July too, but, in July they started to put new signs about the rules and stuff but the language of it it’s really neither welcoming nor nice. On top of that, they increased (to up to 50%) the prices on snacks, and the main Staff person in the morning lacks customer service skill (not welcoming and rude too)

The place is nice and clean, it looks safe too although usually you can find things in the ball pin that shouldn’t be there (things and toys that people lost or put there wrongly) so I doubt they check or clean it. The staff is really not very welcoming and sometimes even rude
