Bubble Express was my go to place for General Tso's, but boy, did things change. I don't know if they brought the cook from Asia Taste over to Bubble Express but the General Tso is no longer what it used to be. I am going to recommend that you explore the area for a different place for this type of food and hopefully you find that perfect General Tso, because this isn't it anymore. Too bad.

Small place with great food. Can get really busy during lunch or dinner time. Take out is your best bet.
