Very inviting atmosphere. Great Workout. So much better than running on a treadmill. Before you know it the hour is over and you feel great! Highly recommend.

I honestly had no idea what I was getting myself into when I bought this Groupon. I've never punched anything in my life! But I am so hooked on these classes at flawless. The workouts are intense but amazing - I am dripping in sweat every single time. And they are so fun and time flies. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and small class sizes which is nice!
