El Chapparel has been a favorite place of mine to eat for many years has far back as I can remember. We love going out there in the spring to eat outside when it hasn't got quite so hot. It's always so crowded now. I remember when it was a small one room restaurant & they just were adding on the second room and you entered through the front doors. Charlie always made a point to visit with everyone
