What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We take our private students through a series of Asanas moving breath to movement focusing on building strength and releasing stress through client customized postures. Set to great playlists, students leave class feeling strong physically and emotionally.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We increase confidence and self image through constant positive reinforcement. We help manage stress through breathing, awareness, and movement. Our students get to feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Natascha Shamlian, owner and operator, fell in love with yoga in 2011; shortly after she became a certified yoga instructor. She saw the amazing transformations in her students on a daily basis. She see's yoga as a gift and wants to share that gift in small settings to connect with her students.

What do you love most about your job?
I love that I get to do what I am most passionate about. I love teaching yoga and seeing the magical transformations in my students! I love working with kids and seeing them so happy doing something so good for them physically and mentally.
