Hello Sir, You received your confirmation via email as every client receives prior to move date which you booked the day before your actual move. Your confirmation explains any additional charges after your 3hrs hours of service at the Groupon discounted rate. You left drop off site unattended which you never went back to while our crew waited for you even after job was completed and failed to pay your remaining balance since your move was 2.5hrs over the first 3 discounted Groupon service hours. And till this day have not received the unpaid balance. When leaving reviews we appreciate your honesty as our crew worked hard to get your move completed on such short notice and made accommodations to service you the following day. No scam was made as you received via email ALL the details of what a moving service entails. Our system tracks every notification that is sent including; when the crew contacts you to give you eta, when crew arrives, when crew completes load, when crew departs to drop off (GPS tracks time of travel), when crew completes unload. This is why we have a software in place to keep track of every detail to provide best service possible to our clients.
