I had to wait 55 minutes past my appointment time. I took an extra hour on my lunch break to wait for them. It was unprofessional. After they were 30 minutes late and I could not reach them by phone (vm was full, no reply to my text) they had the nerve to call me and say the team said no one was at the apartment I was standing in front of! I told her she was wrong, then her story changed to well my team is stuck in someones driveway, and can't pull out so they will be there in 14 minutes. 25 minutes later they finally showed up. The cleaning job was so so, not bad. But the entire experience was awful!

For the time they were here, they worked very hard. There are some parts of my house that look better than they have for years!
