Fantastic experience, this was my first Jazz Festival but definitely will not be my last. I had some difficulty obtaining my tickets because of a Groupon glitch but Andrew with the SJF got it all straightened out for me. I cannot wait for next year's Festival.

Jazz Fest was great, Rick Braun and Richard Elliot are unbelievable musicians.
I had a hard time with the process of getting a ticket through Groupon. You need to purchase a voucher from Groupon then need to covert that voucher into a ticket ? Groupon needs to cut the middle step out. There is no need to buy a voucher, I want to purchase ticket from Groupon , not a voucher to purchase a ticket. The day of the concert some nice person from the Jazz Fest help me convert my voucher into a ticket. I think next year I'll pay the extra amount and buy direct.

Fantastic experience, affordable and 1st class acts. This was my 1st exposure to it but I will never miss another one. Could use one more bar set up to ease the lines to get beverages. Had some difficulty validating my Groupon Voucher but that was an issue with Groupon not the venue. Groupon did finally make a correction.
