Hi Cassandra it is showing on our end that nothing has been redeemed for your Groupon bought on Oct 23. I'm not sure why this is a negative review when it is not accurate information. You called and left a voice mail yesterday at 4 27pm and messaged our business page. You then left a negative review on our Facebook as well. If you would like to use your voucher we would be more than happy to get you set up. We have had 7+ groupons start in the last 2 weeks so I'm not sure where the disconnect has happened. 541 650 7824 is the number to get set up.
