I had an appointment booked to take my car in and I called 5 days prior to my appointment letting them know I've had a medical emergency and was admitted to hospital and needed to reschedule my appointment they were not willing to honor my groupon to another appointment date as my voucher would expire before that date needless to say I lost the cost I paid and the company said oh well sorry

There is a film on the front windshield, the car was still damp when I picked up my car & it smells 5 days later, my seats are leather, back seats were never wiped down. I realize this is a groupon but I wouldn't return, as a full paying customer. I was excited to have my completely detailed inside & out, I've had better service at the cheaper car washes that do the interior wipe down

Outside car is great.. had to go back for them to clean the front window posts.. plus, when it got dark, my inside windshield was still filthy & streaked.. two guys worked on it. The guy outside was very interactive & did a great job.. however when I took the car back, I overheard the inside guy say, it's only a groupon.. it's obvious, they treat groupon holders differently.. not going back..

Friendly service. Car was still damp upon pick causing it to smell of wet fabric days later. A little disappointed that owner did not detail invoice upon several requests for insurance purposes. Film over windows as another customer had mentioned but no big deal. Crew that actually detailed vehicle were fantastic. Great work on their part. They went beyond expectations.
