About this Business
From Our Editors
At Eurasia Cafe and Wine Bar, co-chefs Will Chenworth and Barry Smith transform locally sourced, seasonal ingredients into international cuisine with a dexterity that results in delicious cohesion. Asian, European, and American Southern flavors play well together in several of their dishes, such as buttermilk-fried calamari with sesame aioli. That's just one of many appetizers available, which some groups prefer to order as tapas-style small plates or even as desserts, if you're someone who do everything in backwards order. Regular entrees also benefit from Eurasia's diverse influences—there's sesame-encrusted ahi tuna as well as vegetarian white lasagna made from housemade pasta, all of which pair well with drinks from the restaurant's list of New World wines and microbrews.
