I got a Groupon for me and my friend, as it was her birthday, so I thought it would be a good gift for her. That day was good, we got the IPL over their location in Westminster. I was okayed with my session, but my friend didn’t feel the same. I got us another session of IPL a month later, and over that visit my friend expressed her disappointment with the treatment. The technician was mad immediately, you could see it on her face. Story short, my friend ended up with a 2nd degree burn on her face that left her scarred, and due to her harsh treatment, my face looks worse than when I first came to her. I have hundreds of dark spots on my face and even grossed warts are growing all over my face. Please keep away from this place.

I had an IPL with Valerie in mid December. Although Valerie was pleasant, she burned one area on my face with the tool. I had mentioned the smell of something burning and she said it was just the small hairs on my skin. I tried to contact her but never received a resonse. The burn area scabbed so imagine walking around with that on your face, especially during all the pre-holiday get togethers.

Schedule an appointment for 3 weeks out, called twice to confirm with no return call, but did receive a text confirmation one day in advance only to drive 35 minutes to the appointment and find the office abandoned, all equipment gone and keys sitting on the empty deserted counter.
