What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We are a high quality martial arts program with strict but achievable standards. We do not water down our program and develop each student at their own pace.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans? When you bow onto the mat you can expect one-on-one attention and guidance until you feel at home.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We opened in 2003 with just three students. Our desire was to build a strong and happy community. Now we have trained over 80 amazing black belts.

What do you love most about your job? Building strength, confidence and character in others.
