We are sorry you feel that way. We did a basic cleaning (which is what most company's do) for you because you didn't want to pay for the deep cleaning that we offer with our cleanings. Your cleaning should have been much more WITH the coupon but we offered a basic duct cleaning since you didn't want to pay for anything additional. We were trying to accommodate your needs as best as possible. That was explained to you in great detail with our technician. You agreed to the cleaning but you did not have to do the cleaning. You choose to do it and then after the cleaning you called the office to complain about the price you paid. No one shouted at you on the phone but you did talk over the office girl when she tried to talk with you. We do apologize if you felt she was raising her voice. Unfortunately, we cannot please everyone as hard as we try. We guarantee for the size home you had, no none else would have cleaned it for the price you paid. We take pride in our work and our prices which is why we have great ratings, as we usually beat everyone else's prices and workmanship. We apologize if we fell short for you.
