Chicago Activities

The Magnificent Mile might be one of Chicago’s most well-known destinations, but it represents just a fraction of great Chicago activities. The question of what to do in Chicago has plenty of intriguing answers. Visitors can marvel at World’s Fair artifacts at the Chicago History Museum, sing or laugh along with concerts and comedy shows at the Chicago Theatre, and, if they’re lucky enough to swing through in mid-July, sample the city’s best eats at the Taste of Chicago. While days are great for exploring the streets, nights are best spent admiring the skyline, as some of the best views can be found at Chicago’s many rooftop bars.

BYOB Date Night Pottery Session for Two
The staff were friendly when you asked for help. The teacher and assistant teach an entire class, which can be overwhelming sometimes, but flag them down to receive assistance. They kindly walked me through the steps again because my piece broke. I came out with an unbroken piece, which improved my experience.

Online Skype Guitar Lessons with Jeffrey Thomas 4 Thirty Minute Lesson
Jeffery was really great! He explained everything very well and I went from knowing nothing to being able to play 4 simple pieces + tablature + get a good foundation in reading sheet music. He sends worksheets, and audio for working with during the week and we used the Hal Leonard "Guitar Method" book for extra practice. I'd also recommend his website (https://jeffrey-thomas.com/) for learning more songs as he explains them nicely. I was a complete novice before taking lessons with him, and now, I feel much more comfortable with a guitar and am excited to keep learning.
