I got a gift certificate for this place from my sister, I was a little nervous about going, but now I’m hooked. I loved it, the staff (Cece) was so nice and welcoming, she walked me through everything and explained what to expect. I was really worried about the Cyrotheraphy I thought I was going to be submerged into ice water. But no water, you just stand in a chamber. Not so bad. I had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone.
