Held 5 days a week, each full-body fitness class also focuses on an additional specific body area, such as leg strength or cardio health
About This Deal
Choose Between Two Options
- $35 three group fitness classes and an initial strength screening ($80 value)
- $44 five group fitness classes and an initial strength screening ($120 value)
Fitness classes focus on the client’s areas of weakness, as determined by the health screening—some focus on leg strength, for instance, while others focus on cardio health. Classes are held Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 7 p.m., and Thursdays and Fridays at 9 a.m., with each class limited to six people. The workouts switch time slots week to week, though, ensuring clients’ availability doesn’t limit their workout options; additional classes may be added based on demand.
Decisions about health care should not be made in haste. Consultation required as all candidates may not be eligible. Eligibility will be determined on an individual basis applying the accepted and prevailing standards of practice. Non-candidates will be refunded.
About Back in Line Chiropractic Gym
At Back in Line Chiropractic Gym, doctor of chiropractic Lee Echelbarger focuses on unearthing the causes of achy muscles and performs nontwisting adjustments to relieve the pain and impaired nerve function from joint misalignment. Using experience earned at the Palmer College of Chiropractic as well as specialized training and x-ray vision, Dr. Echelbarger seeks out and alleviates discomfort in the arms and legs caused by such conditions as carpal-tunnel syndrome and plantar fasciitis. Dr. Echelbarger also coddles musclescapes with neurological massage, which measures the electrical pulses traveling from the brain to the muscles to determine what muscles need to be soothed for maximum relief.
After screenings, clients can identify areas of weakness and work with Certified Personal Trainer Mike Moravek to add strength to desired areas. Mike specializes in speed, strength, and conditioning, as well as Functional Movement Screening. With a background in CrossFit training and triathlon competitions, Mike uses a positive reinforcement to help clients reach specific goals.
Back in Line Chiropractic Gym's licensed massage therapists Jacqueline, Ali, and Mary guide guests onto a warm surface before trumping muscle aches and sore tissue with a blended brew of Swedish, deep-tissue, and trigger-point massage techniques. The therapists consult with patients and assess their muscles to pepper targeted kneads around problem areas, helping evict pain, rouse circulation, and dispose of porcupine-filled backpacks. In order to support children in the community, Back in Line provides free consultations, spine and nervous system examinations, x-rays, and a doctored straight-A report card for patrons who donate bags of school supplies.
