About Core Boot Camp
As a child, Gregg Smith witnessed his father tragically pass away from heart disease. After experiencing first-hand the impact general health can have on individuals and families, Gregg made it his mission to help others "live healthier, longer, and more productive lives".
At Core Boot Camp, Gregg helms boot camp-style fitness classes held outside on playgrounds and basketball courts in warmer months, and inside in fall and winter. During each month-long program, Gregg leads novices and seasoned athletes alike in dynamic core-strengthening workouts, like body-weight lunge routines and weighted sled drags. Each week, Gregg steadily increases the difficulty of the workouts, challenging boot campers to push their limits.
