What You'll Get
A marriage between two cuisines is preferable to a marriage between two clones of Sylvester Stallone, a process that eventually results in a baby reared on raw egg. Savor a simpler fusion with today’s Groupon to Crave Lounge in Dearborn. Choose between the following options:
- For $10, you get $20 worth of Asian-Mediterranean fusion cuisine and drinks for lunch, served from 11 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
- For $20, you get $40 worth of Asian-Mediterranean fusion cuisine and drinks for dinner, served 4:30 p.m.–10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 4:30 p.m.–11:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Crave Lounge’s menu is a lengthy list of steaks, salads, and seafood that artfully combine Asian, Mediterranean, and other cross-continental flavors. For dinner, pull up a chair or park a hovercraft in the white-tablecloth-draped dining room or candlelit outdoor garden for an inventive, mixed-and-matched meal such as the citrus chicken, marinated, char-grilled, and infused with ginger, pineapple, asparagus, and a rice-wine vinaigrette ($12) and saddled with a side of wasabi mashed potatoes ($3). The savvy chefs at the sushi bar roll up an extensive selection of nigiri ($4–$9 for dinner; $1.50–$6 for lunch) and Mediterranean-infused maki rolls ($3.95+) perfect for stuffing cheeks or using as monocles. Pre- or postmeal, head to the lounge, a chic space filled with artfully concealed lights and speakers, bamboo plants, comfy foam couches, and a jellyfish tank about which the Metro Times raved. Saketini cocktails such as The Crave, concocted with blueberry vodka, plum sake, lychee liquor, and a squirt of grape juice ($9), are perfect for sipping on or brushing teeth with while eyeing Crave Lounge’s artful décor. The sounds of live-world jazz float through Crave on Wednesdays, and DJ sets from world-renowned spinners pump beats through the air on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

About Crave Restaurant + Sushi Bar
In 2012, Real Detroit Weekly named Crave Restaurant + Sushi Bar Detroit's best sushi restaurant, praising the Mediterranean-Japanese hot spot for its "impeccably fresh fish." The standout signature rolls run the gamut from king crab–stuffed rainbow rolls to grilled lobster rolls garnished with shiitake mushrooms. Diners can also nosh on freshly sliced fatty tuna and sea urchin from the extensive sashimi selection. Crave's strong Mediterranean flair is evident in the roasted-beet caprese salad, the halal chicken breast, and the sea bass, served with succotash and warm gazpacho.
Each month, live music fills Crave's softly lit interior. You can schedule private parties or high-stakes Go Fish! tournaments in the event room or the exclusive lounge. During warmer weather, the restaurant's Asian garden is an idyllic setting for outdoor events, with its bamboo bar and decorative Asian maples.
