What You'll Get
A strong man wrestles you to the ground to show off; a stronger man boosts your self-esteem and then accidentally breaks three of your ribs with a supportive hug. Learn the tenets of both strength and community with today's Groupon: for $40 you get one month of unlimited classes at CrossFit Modesto (a $219 value). Choose between Krav Maga and Beginner CrossFit classes.
CrossFit Modesto kicks isolation workouts to the curb by offering safe, high-intensity exercises based on the body's essential movements. New clients ages 15 and up can sign up for the Krav Maga program, which harnesses a martial art originally developed for the Israeli military and is now considered a more effective self-defense tactic system than salami sword fighting or lambswool jousting. All classes are taught directly from the curriculum designed by the United States Krav Maga Association, including the required introductory course. Beginner CrossFit classes focus on 15 foundational movements with emphasis on form before intensity. Each class annihilates calories with a warm up, a skill development session, and a frailty force field installation, followed by a predetermined workout of the day. Take advantage of a 20-minute private nutrition session and CrossFit's small classes to receive individualized attention and an unlimited air supply.

About Modesto Self Defense & Fitness
At Modesto Self Defense & Fitness, it's a family affair. Hardworking and energetic, the trainers from the Bucheli-Choate clan motivate their trainees with daily-changing CrossFit workouts that may include overhead squats, pull-ups, and lifting your grandmother over your head. They also help students tone and strengthen their bodies in boot camp, or dispense hard-hitting self-defense martial-arts skills in krav maga.
