About CrossFit Prospect Heights
It's all about movement at CrossFit Prospect Heights. The owner and head coach duo of Maillard and James lead a team of trained and experienced instructors in building proper awareness of physical body movement, mental well-being, and teamwork in a variety of CrossFit classes. Level 1 teaches the basics of movement and builds a general fitness base, while Level 2 is an inclusive group class that follows the posted workout of the day and involves lots of instruction and hands-on learning. For additional physical strength training, CrossFit Prospect Heights offers other fitness classes like powerlifting, bodybuilding, and rowing.
