Remedy Boot Camp (RBC) is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a one hour session. This program incorporates a dynamic mix of exercises using various weighted objects, metabolic conditioning, and/or body weight movements. This program is designed to help you lose body fat, increase cardiovascular endurance, build strength, and help you get into a routine of regular exercise. RBC works your body head to toe so you will be ready for anything life brings. RBC is designed to push you a little bit further than you would normally push yourself in the gym.
