This was my first experience getting lashes. Deka is a cute and super tidy place. Cayla was knowledgeable, informational and did a great job. I'm sure I'll get hooked and be back.

So let me start by saying they are great. However, I got the classic and all my lashes fell off after three days. They worked hard to help me fix it, but I just don't have time for another appointment right now. Faye, the manager, is excellent at customer service. I'm just not sure if it was something I did or not. I've had extensions before and they were fine and lasted me weeks. I was treating myself and was very excited and am now out $80 and have no extensions. They offered a refund, but are unsure how since it was through groupon.

Super experience. Loved the product, even though it’s only been one day. Shanna was great. I would recommend trying it. I did buy the membership for $118 per month. You have to cancel 30 days in advance which I do think is a long time. My membership allows me 2 visits per month, so $60 a visit. I really like the idea of no mascara, especially since I am an active person and I wear contacts.

Great service, great staff, great policy. Tiffany did a great job on my lashes and continues to do so. They make sure you are comfortable and I practically fall asleep. I suggest their lash brush to keep your lashes looking great.

My lashes looked beautiful at first. 2 days later my left lashes came right off n edge of my right eyelid was hurting like a needle touching every time I closed my eye. I called on Thursday morning and they had fit me right into their schedule.
