What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I love to see people happy! My mission is to make you feel good and put a smile on your face once you leave my chair.
What do you love most about your job? Meeting and interacting with new people. Making someone feel like a new shining beam of light. I want my clients to feel and know that they are important and deserve to be happy.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I had had a customer with thick, curly hair. She wanted it straightened. She had tried everything she could to achieve it herself, but was unsuccessful. I was able to get her silky straight with no puff. Let's just say, I received a large tip that day!
