Fast Action Training offers 45-minute sweat sessions for all body types and fitness levels throughout the week. In boot camp, the enemy is predictability. Each day, the experienced instructors will throw down a fresh guerrilla ambush’s worth of challenges for your muscles and your brain, fueling constant gains and keeping you engaged. Over the course of the 45-minute session, you'll run, jump, lift weights, slam out push-ups and chin-ups, chase chickens, punch slabs of beef, and end with a live crocodile wrestle. In the heat of your workout, you'll sweat out weakness, fear, and monosodium glutamate while beginning to gain the functional, unsurpassed strength of a body in fluid, powerful motion.
After calling ahead to schedule your first class, you can drop in on fitness classes whenever you want to push and be pushed toward a state of anti-flabbery. Classes at Fast Action Training take place indoors, ensuring a safe haven from fire-rain.

About Fast Action Training
With more than thirty sessions per week, Fast Action Training’s boot camp sessions are multi-faceted workouts that constantly change training regimens to keep students active and engaged. Fitness gurus also lead semi-private training sessions that emphasize personal development and accountability in a supportive environment. Between two and four students attend custom sessions, which aim to help them build lean muscle and boost metabolism. During one-on-one consultations, trainers check body measurements and other metrics, ensuring each participant is on track towards their goals of getting in shape or becoming the first person to complete a Transatlantic run.
