Fire and Water yoga studio boasts hardwood floors, radiant heat & a juice bar. The studio hosts a variety of heated and non-heated classes to suit the practitioner. Practices offer dynamic flows incorporating circular movements and apply techniques from all sides of the Himalayas.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We encourage a nonjudgmental and compassionate environment with quality & conscientious living at the core. Everyone is welcome to come and explore our various offerings, finding the elements they can use to bring health and happiness!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Fire and Water Yoga studio seeks shine a little light on individual consciousness and self care. Vigorous and creative yoga classes, quality recreation, entertainment in the outdoor center and nutritious food are some of the features offered in the space.

What do you love most about your job?
One of focal points of the studio is building a conscious community for all ages. We strive to provide an environment that facilitates positive habits and cultivates happiness.

Probably one of the hardest and hottest yoga classes I've taken, but in the best way! Felt very relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards! Definitely going to come back.

The class was really well taught. I felt like a million bucks at the end of it! Tea, the instructor, planned a great balance of strength building, relaxation, and great stretching.
