Members of the Early Risers fitness regime take on the day with workouts designed to enhance functional strength, balance, core strength and athletic ability. Engineered but not limited to distance runners, all participants use a equipment such as dumbbells, physio balls, jump boxes, and medicine balls, to strengthen and lengthen muscle fibers while burning excess fat.
