Choose Between Two Options
- $49 for three days a week at a five-week boot camp (a $124.50 value)

One-hour boot-camp sessions are scheduled every Monday through Friday at 5:30 a.m., and every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 p.m. If needed, the staff will schedule additional sessions throughout the week. Sessions begin with a warm-up, then move on to cardio and resistance weight training using medicine balls, fitness equipment, and the student’s own body weight. Each class can accommodate up to 20 students, and trainers work to give them all individual attention.

Champion-level weightlifter and Fitness Results founder Lance McCullough and our team of personal trainers hosts small group team training classes and personal training sessions at his multi unit facility.
