The trainers provided enough motivation and a great atmosphere in which to get my workouts done. Their programs were well-thought out and always challenged me! I have recommended this gym to my friends specifically for their bootcamp program and am eager to try out the other programs they offer!

On day 3 of the 5 days for 5 weeks boot camp...so far so good. Getting the workout I'm looking for, which is having a trainer to guide me and push me to my potential to work towards my goal. Liked that it's indoors and working with weight machines. Everyone is very friendly, both staff and members. The gym seems clean and nicely decorated with up-to-date machines.

Walked in gym very impressed by how clean organized and comfortable the gym felt. Greeted by Asa with a warm welcome, which he proceeded to explain gym information & practices. In just one visit learned so much of the right workouts & proper posture while doing each exercise! Look forward to my next session and accomplishing the workout that will benefit me the most.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $49 for three days a week at a five-week boot camp (a $124.50 value)
  • $59 for five days a week at a five-week boot camp (a $159 value)<p>

One-hour boot-camp sessions are scheduled every Monday through Friday at 5:30 a.m., and every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 p.m. If needed, the staff will schedule additional sessions throughout the week. Sessions begin with a warm-up, then move on to cardio and resistance weight training using medicine balls, fitness equipment, and the student’s own body weight. Each class can accommodate up to 20 students, and trainers work to give them all individual attention.
