Expert coaches lead groups of up to 50 students through 30-minute boot-camp workouts. Each session is based around Navy SEAL training methods, and workouts are never repeated. Classes are held everyday at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m. Classes must be taken five days a week over five consecutive weeks.
