Its never to late to start or return to fitness. All fitness classes cater to all fitness levels.
Fitness classes such as Step, Barre, Pilates, BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyFlow, Pound, Heavy Bag Boxing, Yin Yoga, Power Yoga, Zumba, HIIT, Tabata, TRX. Classes starting as early as 5:30am to 7:30 pm. Open Sunday thru Saturday. We also have a Nutritionist on Staff to help you with your daily nutrition and weekly/monthly plans and nutrition classes are available. Personal Training is available with 5 Trainers on staff.

B.Fit Training Studio is a small Personal Training/Small Group Exercise Studio. We are expanding into a full size, full service fitness gym in the next 6-9 months. We have built a fitness studio with no judgements and no bullying. All fitness levels and all ages, men, women, teens and youth are welcome.
