Six Kickboxing Classes with Introductory Training Session
What’s included: 4 or 6 forty-five minute sessions to include cardio, strength and endurance station kickboxing and weights workouts. Not to mention, pad work and ground and pound with the long time kickboxing couple Chris and Leticia Jones. If your new to combat sports this is the class for you! If your not, we can definitely push you to your limits as well! This introductory class is light on technical but heavy on fitness motivation to help you reach your weight loss and endurance goals. We do also offer one on one and couples classes to clients wishing to sharpen their Muay Thai Kickboxing technique. Classes must be completed within a calendar month after redemption. Great for everyday people!
