The dishes we present at Panka are made by a Certified Chef, ensuring high quality and presentation. We use daily fresh products, all natural, no antibiotics rotisserie chicken, the Lomo Saltado is made with NY strip steak and our Ceviches are made with fresh catch of the day.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Lomo Saltado: Season the sliced meat with salt and pepper to taste. Fry the meat until just cooked, and the juices begin to release. Then add the onions, stir in the tomato; Pour in the vinegar and soy sauce, add the French fries,. Season to taste with salt and pepper, served with white rice.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Panka is a family-owned and operated restaurant. All of our dishes are based on family recipes that have been passed from generation to generation and perfected with time. Our mission is to offer the highest quality dishes and most flavorful meals.
What do you love most about your job?
Hospitality is a passion more than just a job. Our satisfaction is to see all costumers leave the restaurant with the biggest smiles and with memories of a great time.
