About Pedal Spin Studio
Pedal Spin Studio was founded by sisters-in-law Cindy and Michelle Bell in 2008, because they wanted to create indoor cycling studios with a neighborhood vibe. Now with seven locations—including Pedal PILATES—Pedal Spin invites exercisers to blast away calories during intense, high-energy classes. Different instructors inject their own personalities into their classes, ensuring that no two workouts are quite the same. But regardless of who's leading them, spinning classes always boost the heart rate, build strength in the core and legs, and provide an excuse to break out the ol' riding hat.
The Rancho Cucamonga studio features unique classes that blend cycling workouts with other aerobic and strength training exercises, with some classes even taking place completely off the bike, including TRX classes that use suspension straps to give a strength and core workout using your own body weight. At the Claremont studio, clients can enjoy the best of two fitness worlds with both PEDAL Spin's cycling workouts as well as the equipment-focused classes of PEDAL Pilates.
