Russell draws on international influences to create popular dishes such as a sweet-potato and avocado panini, kale tacos, and fresh-baked herb steak fries. Russell continues to cook up cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, and muffins in the bakery, despite protests from the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Vegetables.
