Thirty minutes. That's all it takes to complete one of POD Exercise's signature classes. The trainers understand that fitting a workout into a day filled with working, tending to family commitments, and polishing a porcelain doll collection can be tough, so they've designed an invigorating and engaging workout for the entire body that only requires 30 minutes out of your day. And instead of resorting to machines, the gym's trainers rely on a combination of cardiovascular work and resistance training, leading participants through calisthenics, free-weight exercises, and body-weight drills. Each session boasts a different workout of the day; for example, one day participants might heave kettlebells and hop on plyo boxes, and the next they might lift barbells and do pull-ups.
The dedicated trainers are on-hand the entire time, providing motivation as well as suggestions for modified exercises so that participants of all skill and fitness levels can safely push themselves within a positive and supportive environment.
