The Fine Print
From a raised platform, an energetic dancer calls out moves as he shimmies and shakes in time to the music that blares from surround-sound stereos. Lights strobe and flicker across the large studio, and guests follow along to the instructor’s dance moves—welcome to Powerumba dance fitness. In addition to Powerumba, the instructors also lead a variety of other classes including Pilates, Boot Camps, Boxing, Body Sculpting, Stretching classes, TRX, and High-Intensity Interval Training. A Personal Training and Fitness Coach is also available.
