What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? At PYT Music, you can learn up to three instruments for the price of one. You don't pay extra for another instrument. You only pay for time. Our instructors teach all three main instruments proficiently so that you may enjoy the benefits of learning them all with no added expense. Music theory included.
Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring? We provide piano, vocal, and beginner guitar lessons. Music theory is included in all lessons as a standard addition to your coursework. Students need to bring their books to class. We will choose our books after the first class. Books not included in price.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Growing up as a very ambitious multi-instrumentalist, I always found it disappointing that learning an additional instrument would cost me extra. I was then inspired to start a service that would only charge for time rather than the amount of education provided.
What do you love most about your job? I love that I get to spread the joy of music to aspiring musicians. Seeing a student understand music for the first time is incredibly rewarding for both teacher and student.
