Truly one of thee best experiences of my life. So healing and full of Zen! A lil peace of heaven on earth! You feel like you're floating in the clouds. It's amazing how tense one's body is, when you think you're relaxed....until you start floating and really just let go of everything and take it all in. I will definitely be back!!!

The facility was great and the people were friendly but the whole sensory deprivation thing was not for me. I would recommend using the colored light and music if you’ve never done it before which I did not. Maybe it would have been better for me.

Meet the Owner: Patrick Mummy
- His work: The founder and CEO of Symmetry for Health, Patrick Mummy is also the author of multiple books, including Symmetry, Relieve Pain, Optimize Physical Motion, and Symmetry, The Physics of Pain and Becoming Pain-Free.
- Education: Patrick holds a degree in Athletic Training from San Diego State University. After graduating, he was selected to work at the Egoscue Method, where he first began to develop his rehabilitation technique.
- Famous clients: Professional athletes have sought out Patrick's symmetry method, including former Pro Hockey wide receiver Az-Zahir Hakim and Pro Baseball Hall of Famer Tony Gwynn.
