Tabata Bootcamp with Stacy D
Tabata Bootcamp’s motto is quality over quantity, and certified fitness instructor Stacy DiGiacomo takes this to heart as she pushes her patrons to reach their weight-loss and fitness goals. To help them carve fitter frames, she leads high-intensity cross-training sessions in 30-minute intervals, with a focus on getting an effective total-body workout in a short period of time. She targets patrons’ upper, lower, and core strength with exercises that consist of 20-second microbursts of intensive movement, followed by 10-second periods of rest. These workouts are designed to speed up the body’s metabolism to ensure optimal caloric burn after exercising and can multiply the muscle-building effects more effectively than regularly dreaming about being a world-champion weightlifter. For well-rounded results, she also offers nutritional guidance and arms patrons with quick workouts they can complete in the comfort of their own homes.
