About The Chocolate Therapist
A lifetime proponent of good health and nutrition, Julie Nygard heard the knock of opportunity the moment she heard about the health benefits of dark chocolate. She decided to approach her dream of becoming a published author head on, and penned The Chocolate Therapist: A User’s Guide to the Extraordinary Health Benefits of Chocolate. Motivated to further share the health benefits of chocolate, Nygard opened a storefront where expert chocolatiers make handcrafted chocolates each day from all-natural ingredients. The shop also includes a full-service coffee bar, as well as a self-serve wine bar where guests can enjoy a plate of chocolates with a variety of different wines.
