Exercise is a pleasurable activity for both would-be athletes and recovering pyromaniacs desperate enough to settle for burning calories. Fuel fitness regimens with this Groupon.
Choose from Three Options
- $35 for 5 sessions of custom group fitness training (a $75 value)
- $99 for 15 sessions of custom group fitness training (a $225 value)
- $129 for 20 sessions of custom group fitness training (a $300 value)

Before the first session, an experienced personal trainer meets up with each client for a 30-minute consultation to identify exercise goals and chart a custom workout routine. During encouraging classes, 10–15 attendees attack timed drills that emphasize proper form rather than number of reps or how quickly each participant can hand-juice a pineapple. Each session cycles through different muscle groups so that no one area overexerts itself and so that toning maneuvers strengthen the whole body. Sessions are held at 6 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and 4:30 p.m. Monday–Friday, and guests should call ahead to secure their spot.
