By consistently changing up the exercises so it doesn’t get boring for them. Also by checking in with them at the end of each session and through follow-up contact between meetings.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love my job and working for someone else and not being able to do what I felt was right was killing that love.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to help people day in and day out. There is no greater joy for me than when a client comes in and tells me their clothes are fitting better and their face just lights up.
