Gyms in and near East Meadow, NY

Excellent personal training gym. I’ve had several sessions there and was very satisfied. The most recent Groupon I purchased was for my son. He went for the first time last night and enjoyed the session.

A really great class, both the instructor and other students made sure to make me feel included and that I was doing the movements correctly.

Did the first session, which was an evaluation of my current strength and learning the work out machines. Richard and Jeff are both very patient and great to work with.

Intense but very fun! I’m loving the energy and pumped up exercises they do.
