Business trip Hotel under renovations. The room was ok. Breakfast was ok Was close to the customer I was visiting. Not a lot of choices in food as it seems a very small place. Pool was closed as well can’t say howitlooks. It was not a bad experience although it could be better

Don’t stay here!!!! Racist staff! I overheard an employee by the name of Rhonda, tell two guests that she would drain the pool because there were black people in it. I’m currently waiting to speak with management to see how the situation would be handled. Rhonda also falsified a complaint on those same people in hopes that they would leave the pool and allow her daughter to swim there alone.

Stay somewhere else The hotel itself is okay - what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The management and staff is another story altogether. Reservation was made directly with IHG on their website. I was shocked to find that I'd been charged over $100 more than the written reservation confirmation which was an IHG Rewards night. Appeals to the front desk staff and management have been ignored. Do NOT go here or leave your credit card on file with this shady establishment.

Family Weekend Dayton U We couldnt really get any hotel close so we tried this one 21 miles away from campus. Place had some excellent points but the bad outweighed the good. Checking in we were told room keys weren't available computer was down? They had to let us into our room room every time we went out! This not a good start! Went on all weekend? Never heard such a thing! Pool was closed entire weekend! The place was a little worn down with a musty smell but just clean enough to get by for a weekend stay. Good things-Price for room was reasonable! Breakfast was really good! Staff was very nice! When it comes down to it we need a room key.

Not pleased The front desk told us the pool was closed for remodeling but it wasn't on their website. There were no signs posted and we could see the pump was working. The beds were comfortable and nice sheets. Lots of highway noise. They were out of eggs on the buffet many people were upset too. The pancake maker didn't work. I won't stay there again or recommend this hotel.
