-zero stars. Never stay here! I WOULD ADVISE NOT EVER STAYING HERE!!! Not only is the place still "under construction " as it has been for a long long time, but the place stinks from nasty, dirty carpets and the so called manager is a coward, making his assistant do his dirty work. And by dirty work I mean handling complaints. The manager stole my deposit and that's why he would never return my calls. On March 6 2023 I checked in on the morning of March 7 I had an emergency and had to leave way before check out. I wasn't worried about anything except going where I was needed, therefore I didn't get my $50 deposit. A couple of weeks later I realized I had never called about it. When I did call, I got a call back 2 days later saying since I forgot it, I lost it!! Wow! Who does that? Not any hotel I have ever stayed at. So I waited a couple of days and called the hotel back myself and the so called manager answered. I told him who I was and that I'd be coming for my deposit, his first response was"well you forgot your deposit so I keep it" and I explained that I had an emergency and had to leave he said "it's my responsibility to pick it up. AND THEN! And then, he proceeds to say, after I told him I will be coming for my money, HE THEN LIES AND SAYS " well we didn't start taking deposits until March 12 so I don't know what you're talking about" I was almost at a loss for words because how unprofessional was that!? And so of course I called him a liar and he had the nerve to say to me "stay away from here you f****** b ****" what a nasty, rude,lying, thief!!!

Horrible and trashy The place is a disaster, the owners took money from my card every day, and tried withdrawing numerous different amounts for the same stay, tried pulling 156.80, 164.26, and 174.72, and 153.80 for the same 3 day stay from March 27-29,2023. They have 120.00 pending on my card now and said it would return on my card in 72 hours, but now says 5-7 business days with the weekend not counting. I do not recommend anyone staying here. Complete rip-off and very dirty.

Finally in safe hands I been staying here at this property for last several years and I have seen many ups and downs but definitely now it’s under new management and newly renovated rooms are the best! Staff is very friendly and welcoming I have been staying here more often due to my work in town! Lobby was little bit messy as they are still under renovation but it didn’t bug me much as long as I had good room and that was extremely nice! I would recommend anyone to stay here and checkout their new rooms! I can’t wait till they are fully done with renovation!

Ehhh. Not a Great CHOICE Beds were comfortable and the shower was good. Clean sheets, dirty ish carpet (stained socks). Toilet was draining slowly and plunger was non functional. The only hot items in breakfast was the waffle maker and the coffee. No breads, just honey buns. There were also Yogurts and cereals/milk. Halls grungy and smelly, door knobs sticky. Tile floor in public area sticky too.

Don’t stay here. The young man at the front desk was very polite. We went to our room and it took two of us to unlock the door. One of us swiped the card while the other quickly opened the door. Otherwise it would lock before I could get it opened. As others have mentioned rather then replacing tubs that were black with Grime and mold they tried to paint over it. It was not successful. When we asked for a different room we were told it was an old hotel and it had not been updated for 15 years. The only thing they’ve updated are their prices. Think twice before booking a room here
