OK for the price; it's old & needs updating but comfy bed Old hotel that needs updating. OK for <$100/night. Comfortable beds. Bathroom in bad shape. Lots of evidence of water damage with patching walls & ceiling. Fixtures were not anchored to wall. Light fixture had no cover just bulbs. Microwave & fridge. First floor is down stairs. View from window was ground level of parking lot. I could see under my car. Did not eat breakfast. It was coffee, juice, packaged muffins. Staff was nice. It's just an old hotel that needs a complete overhaul. Other hotels in area but all are pricey. Good internet which has improved since we stayed here 2 years ago. In area for a dog event. I did appreciate they only charged me $25 pet fee. Their website has $25/pn/pet. Saved me $75 since I have 2 dogs & stayed 2 nights.

Pass Front staff were very nice. If I paid 30 dollars for the night I would give the place a 3 star. Old, cold,newer tv, good wifi .review wants 200 characters but I have nothing else to say! Travel safe ,pass with care! Defensive driving gets everyone e home safe and sound.cheers

Don't stop here unless you really need to I booked this motel for a night stay within driving distance of Steamboat during a ski trip. Although cheaper than other options, the price of the stay is still expensive when the service and location are taken into account. The service in general was ok, but it's clear the property is short-staffed. From the beginning the motel gives a terrible impression, with all common areas not just old, but unmaintained and decaying. The room seemed reasonably clean, although there were discolourations everywhere and the room had a very strong smell that I hope was cheap disinfectant and not something worse. The bathroom was similar, although the shower water was hot and the pressure was ok. The worst may have been the breakfast: no waffles, only a couple cheap and oily muffins, unrefrigerated warm milk, ... I got the last of the coffee and the thermos was never refilled so guests that got there after me were not even able to get a cup of coffee. If you really need to stop here it's not the end of the world (it provides a bed and a shower, and both of them seemed ok-ish) but I'd stay away if at all possible. I've stayed in my fair share of cheap places, including many shared rooms in youth hostels; this motel certainly makes the bottom 5 list.

Find a different Hotel! A total dump! Paints peeling off walls, front desk gave wrong instructions to find my "pet friendly" room. I was charged $139 for this pit hole. Not even a coffee maker in the room. Parking lot was full of hole and really dirty. Hallway was filthy, carpet needs to be replaced, molding and trim in the whole place needs to be replaced. Way overpriced....

Oh What a Dump I guess my first clue should have been the people crawling out the bottom floor windows instead of using the doors. Windows were so filthy you could hardly see out! In need of update real bad. If you stay here, stay in the wing with the office! Never again!
