Dang near perfection This is most definitely a hidden gem. We have traveled and stayed in many places even overseas etc and honestly the cleanliness, attention to detail for your convenience and comfort, communication and excellent staff ranks with the best if not best of them. It is so conveniently located we were able to walk to 90% of things and have our morning walks at the National Cemetery with ease. Prices are very reasonable and rooms were perfect. They have pet buildings and non pet buildings which is WONDERFUL.. (we love animals but if we are not traveling with ours then we don't want the odor, barking, etc you know?) non smoking rooms are actually non smoking rooms no lingering odors telling you otherwise, ours had own little porch to sit and watch out onto Steinwehr where we could people watch, or watch and listen to reenactments at Dobbin House which was steps away. KUDOS to the general manager and staff!!! We have already and will continue to sing praises and recommend to friends and family and 100 will be back!!! Thank you!!

Gettysburg This hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are spacious and clean. Very satisfied with most everything. The only reason for a rating of 4 instead of 5 was the check-in. The clerk said he was on the phone with the owner and asked me to be patient. No problem except the phone call took 30 minutes and the check in process took an hour. The owner should have put his clients first and took the phone call when it wouldn't inconvenience his guests. I found this whole thing unbelievably rude. Otherwise this was a beautiful and convenient hotel!

Another great stay. Clean room, great breakfast selection. We try to stay at this hotel on our every visit to Gettysburg. Easy parking, short walk to everywhere in town. Hotel staff very friendly. A great place to stay. There was a farmers market a couple blocks from the hotel which was great with lots of variety of produce, pastries and other foods.

Great location Great location. Centrally located between shops, attractions and East Cemetery Hill. Clean rooms, clean bathroom and comfy beds. Only thing I did not like was having to walk thru the breakfast area to get to and from my room. Breakfast was average. Will probably stay again whenever we go back.

Location is Wonderful! The location of the Inn is what makes this a terrific place to stay, it is centrally located and walkable to many restaurants and shops. Very easy to walk to some monuments as well. The hotel itself is no-frills, but nothing specific to make you avoid it. Our room was clean and quiet, but could use some updating. There is no daily housekeeping provided, unless "necessary" which was an unusual caveat I think. The most frustrating thing was the poor internet connection in our room. I suppose it was because our room was in a building next door to the main hotel, but the connection dropped many times and it was time consuming to repeatedly have to reconnect. So the location makes this a great place to stay , but some modern conveniences are lacking.
