Fake charges We stayed at this hotel during the world 100 weekend. Things seem to go pretty well until I received my bill. I was charged an extra $150 for a smoking fee. I have never smoked a cigarette in my life I tried to resolve this with the office staff to no avail. I was basically called a liar. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel, unless you want extra charges on top of an already inflated room rate due to the race.

Great experience; clean facility This is a typical 2 star hotel but they provided A-1 service. The desk staff were helpful when I had trouble checking in. The housekeeper, Janice, did a fabulous job. The room was exceptionally clean. Everything worked as it should. I did not try the free breakfast so I can't comment there. Cons to this hotel is it is a 2 story hotel without an elevator. They have a non-functioning indoor pool.

Convenient and comfy. Our room was clean and quiet. There was a mini fridge and microwave if you need a room with those amenities. Plenty of clean towels and washcloths. There was a very sweet lady working in the breakfast area who made me some fresh coffee without hesitation. Nice clean and tidy place. Thanks for the hospitality.

Kindness won me over Everything was great at this hotel, nice room and whirlpool, very nice employees and daytime manager. Kindness wins me over at this hotel, businesses fail to realize being kind is an asset, this hotel proves it!!! Thank you for my stay!!

Outdated but OK For the price we paid for our stay $200 + I expected the hotel to be updated, I was completely wrong the room was a little musty but clean. The staff was not very welcoming but we were able to check in early. There are only steps to the second floor no elevator so this would not be very convenient if you couldn’t carry your things up the steps. The in room coffee maker is a Hamilton Beach that uses flat coffee pods, so was very disappointed I could not use the k-cups I packed, when asking the desk for more of the coffee pods she seemed like I was asking for something not provided and was very hesitant to meet my coffee needs, I wanted pods for the in room pot as it would be very inconvenient to keep coming to the lobby for a cup of coffee as we are late sleepers. The shower was decent but a little awkward. The bed was comfortable with different choices of pillows soft and firm. The mini fridge was great it actually froze some of our drinks. The temperature in the room was comfortable. The blanket on the bed was cozy and warm. I did not experience the breakfast but my friends that did were happy with the food choices given and enjoyed it, there were hot items as well as cold choices and breads.
