Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Greenville by IHG

Decent hotel overall. I was visiting Greenville with a friend over a weekend in April 2024, and we had the opportunity to spend a Saturday night at this hotel. When we first arrived, it was a couple hours before the official check-in time. I just wanted to see if our room was ready. There was a bit of confusion because I was told that there's a $10 fee for checking in early. I didn't mind paying that fee for the sake of getting settled in early. After a few minutes, and after the front desk staff member spoke with the manager, I learned that the early check-in fee is $10 per hour... meaning I would have had to pay $20 to check in early. I was okay with $10 but not $20. No big deal... my friend and I left and did a few other things in town before we returned to the hotel to check in. When we came back to check in, the process went okay. Our room (#104) was clean and comfortable... no problems there. I can't speak to the quality of the breakfast because I ended up eating elsewhere, although my friend who stayed with me slept in and had a light breakfast before we checked out. It sounded from him like the breakfast was okay. Overall, we had a good stay. If I find myself needing lodging again in the future in Greenville, I wouldn't have any qualms about staying here again.

Another great stay We stay here a few times a year and are always pleased-hotel is very well maintained-clean and comfortable-staff always friendly-good breakfast area-well stocked and also clean-all around great holiday inn property and look forward to returning

Definitely recommend! My family was placed here for nearly four months during the reconstruction of our house after it caught fire. The staff was always so helpful and caring. I’ve built a lifelong bond with some. We spent holidays here. One being our babies first Christmas. They allowed us to decorate our room to feel more at home. The rooms were clean, they helped the best way possible to make things convenient for us. They have onsite store, washing for laundry, and office equipment. There’s restaurants all around and local shopping. Great location.

Clean and well maintained rooms with an excellent staff. This was by far, the cleanest and best maintained Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. Our room was spotless and the staff was always asking if we needed anything every time we encountered them. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and well stocked. We were able to book a room as a walk in on a Saturday night and received a good rate for our room. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

Very nice staff, clean comfortable rooms This Holiday Inn Express is clean, comfortable and quiet! The night we stayed it was busy, yet when we went to sleep, there was absolute quiet! No stomping down the hall, no noise from the neighbors. Beds were comfortable and clean. Restrooms were very clean, ample toiletries and towels. The room had a refrigerator and small microwave. The breakfast included cinnamon buns, hot breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins, yogurt and juice. It was self serve. Overall definitely a good place to relax.
